Today Blaise and I moved all of his things into his new office! Yeah--this all day project means that I will again have full control of the loft! All my writing, my dolls, and now......my sewing will be up there and it will be all mine mine mine! Here is a sample of some of my beautiful dolls that will now be more comfortably located. The only bad thing is that I am so tired and sore that I can hardly move!

Bird fanatic

I forgot to add--another sign of old age is that

my husband and I are addicted to bird watching.

Yep, you got it-we spend an inordinate amount of time with binoculars strapped to our necks and watch the bluebirds, cardinals, rose breasted grosbeaks, wrens, sparrows, blue jays, indigo buntings, cedar waxwings, baltimore orioles, 5 varieties of woodpeckers, nuthatches, chickadees, several types of finches and a gazillion other birds that flock to our home.

This is my first blog and I really don't know what I should do with it. I really belong working on my stories for the papers--I am on deadline and turned in one story today and have three more to go for the week, at least for now.

But, I would rather be looking at the bluebirds in the yard instead of working on my stuff.
